Me and Danny are back in the studio today with mr Jason Perry to start recording our vocals on all the songs we put down in Australia. Can’t wait for you all to hear them. Think four of them are the best songs we’ve ever written! Well, we like them at least so we think you will too.

Loving playing the forest gigs, thanks to everyone that came. They’ve been some beautiful evenings, playing as the sun goes down! Epic.

Anyways, I gotta go shower.

McFly were on BBC Sound on Saturday, and talked to Nick Grimshaw briefly while at Wembley Arena for their guest appearance for Jonas Brothers. Here are a few screencaps:

Well, university has finished, so I’ve had a lot more time on my hands.

As you can see, the site has changed quite a bit in the past few days. I have widened the layout to allow for two sidebars which I think looks pretty cool. I have also added a calendar feature, which I will begin to add to soon. Any problems with the layout (and I am aware of them all I believe), will be ironed out in the coming week.

Keep checking back for more changes and updates.

McFly made a guest appearance and played ‘Star Girl’ with popular American boyband, the Jonas Brothers at their Wembley Arena gig on the 15th June.

Only one photo from the appearance has surfaced so far. If you see any more professionally taken photos around, please let me know.

Sorry we have been slack at blogs…twitter is very distracting!

Last night we played Star Girl with the Jonas Brothers at their gig at Wembley. Was great and we’d love to do it again sometime.

We’re back in the studio from next week for vocals. Got some lyrics to write! Ben at the studio today and had a listen to what we recorded in Australia this year and it’s so awesome. Can’t believe us four sound like that…how did that happen!?

Once again discussing taking over the world…a popular subject for studio chats.

McFly appeared on ‘The Justin Lee Collins Show’ last night, minus Tom, who had tonsillitis. Dougie’s first ‘contribution’ to the interview made JLC laugh like I’ve never seen before! It’s quite an amusing one, so if you missed it, catch up here.

I went a bit crazy and managed to take just over 80 screencaps of their interview, which are not of the greatest quality, but will have to do until I find a recorded version of the show.

I have managed to get hold of more ‘Hollyoaks’ photos.
